Dr. Wang obtained his PhD degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University.His/ Her research interests are Animal Studies, literary theories, Comparative Literature.
Course goals
This course aims to introduce students to the application of drama theory to the texts by several major playwrights. The principle woven through the course is that we aim at high quality in-depth discussions rather than massive readings. The study of their works will contribute to the students’ better understanding of the Western culture and literature as a whole.
